Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic: 3-7 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Destination country

There is currently no free shipping option available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's website with this number.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, some product restrictions may apply based on:

  • Local import regulations (especially for electronics)
  • Battery restrictions for air transport
  • Country-specific prohibitions

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal by recipient, or failure to pay customs fees), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery (for damaged items) or 30 days after estimated delivery date (for lost packages). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
