Terms of service

User Agreement

By accessing and using CyberCalle's services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Our platform offers electronic products including cameras, lighting equipment, smart home devices, and related accessories.

All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

CyberCalle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from:

• Product performance or failure to perform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
• Any other matter relating to the service

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on CyberCalle, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and protected by international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any part of our products or website content
• Use any data mining or extraction methods
• Create derivative works based on our product designs without authorization

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most products, provided:

• The product is in original condition with all packaging
• A valid proof of purchase is provided
• The product is not on our non-returnable list (e.g., personalized items)

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and CyberCalle.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in China and be conducted in English.

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. Each party shall bear their own arbitration costs.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CyberCalle regarding our services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
